London (CNN)UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been discharged from hospital, a week after being admitted due to "persistent" Covid-19 symptoms, a Downing Street spokesman said Sunday.
"The PM has been discharged from hospital to continue his recovery, at Chequers," he said.

The UK is likely to be among the European countries worst affected by coronavirus, one of the government's senior scientific advisers has said.

The warning from Sir Jeremy Farrar comes as UK hospital deaths are set to pass 10,000 on Sunday.

All over the world including neighboring Somalia and Ethiopia, ministers and other senior government officials have been diagnosed with the virus.
Why is it in Kenya we haven't heard of any of our enthusiastic globe trotting MCA's, Mpigs, senators, Governors, CS,s or other senior officials contracting the virus?
The closest it has touched government is those KPA and KRA officials.
How now?

pure bloods... Pakistanis/wahindi... lakini pia a big percentage of nhs staff ni weusi about 40% so it could be hapo mwanzoni with no ppes wamekuwa wakituletea from those hospitals
