DEAD BODY OF A MAN HANGING, stabbed, private organs removed - Murang'a

A man's body was found in Kari village, Mugoiri, in Kiharu constituency, Murang'a County hanging on a tree; stabbed several times on his chest and with his private parts chopped off and placed at the foot of the tree.

According to police officers who rushed to the scene of the incident, the man also had a kitchen knife still stabbed on his chest.

According to locals, the dead man was a drug addict known to have done self-harm at times and this could be a suicide.
Police said investigations are underway to verify what could have happened.
