Pole Boiyo, but the kiuks have internalised the discrimination, some years back I think in 2016, Kericho County advertised some kind of work, although the application didn't say it, the beneficiaries were supposed to be Gikuyus, in order to balance the% of population to work in the county and meet the inclusivity clause. Kiuks didn't apply since they knew that applying will be in vain as has been since the days of kipsigis County council. It reached a point where two individuals had to be seconded from the national government at the request of the County.
