Munene what options do we have?

Remember the Court of Appeal affirmed BBI's illegality on around 6 or more grounds, for it to be revived all grounds would have to be overturned which isn't possible, at best SCOK will find IEBC had quorum and the President cannot be sued, the rest are too strong to overturn.

Do not fret, that disease-riddled corpse will be dispatched to the crematorium for final rites.

I fear the way they have started by denying Karua and Co. a chance to speak, combined with the Cj's dalliance with the executive they might just revive this thing. CJ ni Dr Frankenstein.

Na hii wajaluo wanajua kisungu jameni and are brilliant. Nice watching Orengo and Havi who are on opposing sides. Hasla MP Kawanjiku wa kiambaa atawesana na hawa watu kweli? It is time for these Luos to lead. Chokoras Sudi, Kawanjiku, waititi & co will take the country to the dogs.

Ndio nimeskiza Khaminwa's submission on the expanded executive nikafurahia sana. It is exactly as I see it. Constitutionalization of tribalism!

Maybe the ones that were developing the proposal were just myopic and focused on how they could get the boys into government and failed to see the long-term effect of it. Presidential candidates would have only focused on building a Pentagon around the biggest tribes against another Pentagon, and this would have ringfenced leadership thus keeping out smaller tribes. Eventually it would have led to resentment and calls for secession or smaller tribes coming together to fight the bigger tribes.

Case closed.
Such a backward move. Even if one supports the government blindly, can't they see just how conniving the ruling elite are? 🤷‍♂️
