Everyone acting surprised as if this is a new discovery. If you didn't know about these shortcuts, your knowledge about this country is as good as that of a freshly-landed foreigner. Why do you think the whole thing looks so normal? Because they have been doing it for decades.
 
I knew two women that we attended driving school together. The most incompetent mammals behind a steering wheel, it was unbelievable.

I was hoping that the NTSA examiners would out them, but I saw really good drivers having trouble passing the examination than the said women.

Sadly, one of them is currently hospitalised after she totalled her car.
