BBC documentary on Fulani / Hausa conflict

Hausas and Fulani speak each other's language as their first but each claim different ancestry ni kama bantu Somali and cushitic Somali. Wamekuwa wakishambulia other Nigerians but chicken have finally roosted, katambe.
 
A pure pastoralists community e.g. Pokot in Kerio valley is a danger to its neighbours, I am sure one of the community is one.

Yep the Fulani are the pastoralists on this one , a lot of valid points but kinda void because they do not want to change their ways and maybe have ranches . Seems there’s a lot of political motive behind it . They’re wiping each other out silly , no mercy , kids , women included .

Comes from the history , mzungu used religion to divide them , this conflict going on right now has no religious ties . On the contrary , they’re both Muslims .

I meant their elections specifically. Ata Kuna fake christian pastors endorsing the Muslim candidate..😅😅 Tribalism is bad but religious fault lines are even worse.
 
The one guy said the truth it's just pure ignorance that is fuelling this war. The people are just incapable of reasoning because all they have known is war,it's become a way of life for them. Every kids self actualization dream is to become a war lord and loot enough to marry 2 wives. They also put positions of leadership to fools that come from their structure hence the vicious cycle. The Nigerian government seems to benefit from the conflict and keeping the status quo otherwise they would have stopped it in a week. Very corrupt illiterate part of Africa. My hope for a peaceful kenya is solely cemented on the good education of the population. God bless 8-4-4 system.
