Embakasi East MP Paul Ongiti alias Babu Owino has acquired a new Agikuyu name and it has spark different reactions on Social Media.
Yesterday while in Bondo for the installation of Raila Odinga as President Kenyatta's successor, the MP christened himself as 'Kihuthia' which means taking things lightly and Kenyans were not happy with the name.
Following the installation of Raila Odinga by the Agikuyu elders, Kenyans interpreted that Babu Owino took the event lightly and that the whole installation was just a PR to finish Ruto politically, hence the name Kihuthia
This is the post that brought a heated debate online:
"No more fights between the two communities. My Kikuyu name from today is Kahuthia. Babu Owino Kahuthia,"
Yesterday, 10/10/2020 was also the legislators birthday and his budget as always was the talk of the town, it is evident that he lives large and to be honest he can afford it.
