It needs a full OVERHAUL.
RAILA plans to get the Engines Reconditioned , retread the tyres, New coat of Dulux waterproof paint, Leather steering cover, New Seatcovers from Alibaba and Recarpeting of floor with sheepskins from Limuru.

The plane will then be used for Presidential campaign transportation.
