Ayub Abdikadir - A True Patriot

Elder Lister
While many would be engrossed with being hosted at the White House, perhaps taking selfies for the gram, this Citizen TV journalist par excellence chose to speak on behalf of many Kenyans, Haitians and indeed the black community, which sees Ruto's move to deploy forces in the Caribbean nation as a form of neo-colonialism pro max.

It's clear to all who have eyes that the great deceiver has willingly chosen to go to bed and act as a puppet for the nation that Guka calls The Great Satan.

Just watch...

By the way, he also had tough questions for Biden. That's wahria courage in action.

MIT alisema stop whining and look at the bigger picture, how much Kenya will gain with cops in Haiti.

Hizo swali za Ayub zinaonesha watu wa citizen tv have not gotten over the fact that their candidate lost. They are still keen to portray nabii in negative manner instead of asking productive questions.

Great observation.
Same way some Folks are condemning and lambasting those questioning the empirical utility and cost benefit of Ruto flying the 150 Million USD high-end luxury jet whilst on the same day the Icelandic PM uses our humble KQ to Malawi costing his country a few hundred Dollars.

Oooh, pris! Sweetie why don't you put this energy into our love affair instead of working soooo hard to sound off like Kapote of the other village? Or are you one and the same?

Journalists are paid to ask such uncomfortable questions.

The fact that they are asked does not however mean that they are based on irrefutable truth or principle.

Example: the US gives Kenya more than 40b each year to buy ARVs. Totally free. Does that mean that there are no needy people in the US who could benefit from the money?

For the umpteenth time, ukiangalia nation-building from a narrow, poverty-inspired 'individualistic' standpoint you'll die of stress.

You have always come across as a man with a background in the press sector. As such, you would likely celebrate this brave individual who chose to ask on behalf of many, voicing what is often said in hushed tones. The truth, no matter how uncomfortable, cannot remain hidden forever. Yes, Bush, at the behest of Baks and Mama Lucy, provided us with free ARVs, which Trump intended to withdraw and might fully rescind along with other benefits if he resumes office.

There's something about you older folks that reminds me of those who never stood up to abuse, reminiscent of house neegaz of the past. Why choose to remain in mental slavery instead of emancipating yourselves from it, as Bob Marley suggested?

I am also sure you have traveled widely and seen how countries that care for their people operate. It's ironic how we "benchmark" in such places, and I'm not talking about the ultra-rich countries. What irks me the most is how we are disenfranchised as a people, fighting over meager resources and crumbs from the powerful, not realizing we have the power to end this nonsense. It enrages me to see the wanton misappropriation of hard-earned taxes while some of you are so enamored with the powerful and white people that you can't see how shameful this entire charade is.

Or shall we once again blame breeding like rats?

Yours sincerely,
A chicken-brained, poverty-mentality ridden Kenyan.

Kimuzi, one of Ruto's most passionate 'bloggers' not on payroll might not have watched the full clip or known that Ayub has never met eye-to-eye with the chicken seller. But then again, we never knew the seemingly tough Hussein Mohammed would end up being Ruto's lapdog.

naona bloggers wengi wanasema hiyo ni kazi ya Hussein Mohammed , coached also the president how to answer. They said it's even him who selected Ayyub to go because citizen tv has veteran journalist or more polished but they were not selected because it was not citizen tv selecting who to go.

If that's true, then it's even more damning since the banditry menace is ongoing with kids unable to go to school while Haiti, according to Loot-All is a concern that Kenyans had and elected to send our troops there. Ugui mutheri.

I honestly find this diatribe incredibly unbelievable coming from you.

Not only does it contain unnecessary ad hominems, but it also accuses me of misrepresentations I did not make.

So let's be clear. Ruto is not an angel. If you read my comments over the last 24 hours you would note that I am not a bootlicker.

Two, as I have said, journalists are paid to ask hard questions. The fact that a question is asked does not point one way or another on the veracity of its basic assumption.

As for Pepfar, the ARV programme introduced by GWB, it was for the entire sub-Saharan Africa, not a deal struck with Baks. Get your facts right.

Then there's this outlandish and rather juvenile accusation that you entitled brats keep making - that we older folks have messed the country. That all we know is to lick butt.

Is that so? Show me your Shikukus and Kimathis and Matibas and Orengos and Gamas and Tom Mboyas and Jomos and Ogingas and JMs and Oukos and Matibas and Kibakis and Mulinges and Kipchoges.....the other day you made a national hero, Kipchoge, weep on international TV with your pettiness and small-mindedness, what pathetic little people you are!

Fact is, you are just entitled shits who just vote in thugs like Dimples, Sudi, Ruto, Waititu, Babu, Sonko et al - because you are the majority - and then turn around and say we messed up the country. You whine every moment, giving hair-brained criticism as you sink deeper into a miasma of porn, suicide, homicide, needless accidents, unsafe sex, drugs, etc, all the time blaming serikali and your fathers for your woes. Because of your myopia and endless navel-gazing you would rather use your smartphones, technology which we didn't even dream of, placing bets on Odibets instead of raising capital to start a small business.

I won't even bother with the cad about taxes. Suffice to say that in some jurisdictions that give us aid, they collect above 30pc of GDP in taxes. Here we are doing less than 14pc because entitled brats have not even registered for KRA PIN, and less than 3m people out of a population of 55m pay direct taxes. The rest just scream serikali saidia in-between breeding like rats.

Is Ruto corrupt? Yes. Is our govt inept? Yes.

Ask the same questions of any state. As you say, I have travelled widely, and the answers will be the same EVERYWHERE!

Well articulated though kuna pahali hatupatani and I can't truly nail it. Perhaps one day we'll grab a case of white kaps and mull it over.
