Because Kenya Power wouldn't have a used for them because they are faulty/substandard. But Chmo and his godfathers (one of them your hero!) already ate the money for the TXs.

Sumra will buy them to extract the copper coils for export to China while the casings will end up in Devki.
The coolant oil maybe in Sanfard Bites.
But I am just speculating.

The big issue that keeps us relegated to the edges when it comes to our voice in matters corruptions is that we are only angered by corruption when it touches our political nemesis, not even sure why we personalize politics that way, but you can tell when an issue that touches on corruption comes up what people will say depending on where they are aligned.
