At what point were form 34A converted from JPEG to PDF?

We all agree that what is in 34A is final. But how do we authenticate the physical copy that's sent to Bomas? Supposing there was collusion between agents and IEBC staff? In my opinion, the data from KIEMS kits should be used to cross check these returned forms for audit purposes.

The question you are basically asking is, which document do we trust? That is a rabbit hole I would advice you not to go down into.

Every presidential ballot box has a copy of the 34A in it. A copy was attached to the door. A copy given to the agents. Another transmitted to the portal.

Now, if I as Azimio claim that my copy is correct and the UDA claim theirs is correct, how do you know who is lying?

The Maina Kiai ruling says that that original form is final, ata kama iko na makosa or whatever problem you thing it has. So long as it has all the security features, it is the final result whether we like it or not.

The physical form has several security features. That's why it is the final authority.

I was answering this question from an information security perspective. I made an assumption that it's possible to compromise printing of forms 34A and duplicate all the security features. That's child play for a determined hacker with insider help.

For the usual suspects, Mimi sijasema uchaguzi iliibwo. All I'm saying is that it's hypothetically possible. Let's wait for the court to determine that.

As stated earlier, I was answering the question posed by the title of this thread. I limited by discussion to the narrow field of information transmission and verification. Hizo zingine naachia madume that understand hii mambo ya Sheria.
