True lakini the way we do things in Kenya, don't you think it's better to just not get our hands on this?
Either way, 'private' investor will come, mine and reap the resources and we won't benefit.
The dynasties will get shares in the companies, some few locals will be given casual jobs, the final product will be exported raw, without giving the country any benefit.
I've seen so much negative, I can't seem to see anything positive anymore and it worries me.

Jizzman, your comment does not make any sense.

You can only mine and process what you have. Not having rare earth minerals does not make a country a Bonoboland.

Kenya is rich in rare earth metals, and exploration is still ongoing.

The Cortec case in Kwale is a good example
 
2020 CES has seen the unveiling of next gen technology from behemoths such as Samsung, LG, Intel & AMD.

This looks like a great year for tech. I'm personally putting aside a tidy kity for the PS 5, X-Box and 8K TV. A new travel laptop too ikiweza.
