Shida ya market research. Shida ya pesa looking for use. When you build, who will be your customer? How much money do they have? How many customers will you have? Who are your competitors? Who are your complimenters? How much money is circulating in that village? How can you bring more business? Can you bring more business from far away?

This reminds me of a place near Kutus run by Mzee Kibira or Njugunas in westlands. I used to visit them anytime I was in those regions! Are they still there?
