Patia butchery kazi wakatekate alafu waoshe. Alafu unazichemsha zikiboil kiasi unaweka kwa thermos with enough soup to cover all the meat. After kitu 5 hours zitatoka zikiwa soft vizuri. If you do this in the evening, asubuhi unaraukia soup moto tamu sana.Waambie pia wachemshe matumbo. I love tripe shida huwa hiyo process ya kuosha na kuchemsha

You have that feeling probably because when growing up you were brought up to believe in a particular social norm. For some of us, we were made to understand that our home did not belong to the house help or shamba boy. That statement meant that we all worked. House and compound chores were assigned to us as kids and the house help and farm hand...everyone was taught how to cook etcetera....Reminds me of a Bukusu colleague of mine. He grew up having never stepped into a kitchen and their culture even prohibits his wife greeting his father in law kwa mkono ama kuketi kwa meza moja time ya kula.
Sasa his wife got twins and mans had to step up. His family was mad kujua mwana wao anapikia bibi but sasa hapo ndio unajua kuna knowledge and wisdom.
Reason I mentioned pandemic ni coz normally you'd have many people visiting over which is now not that safe so kama Sundays when our day help huwa off, tunapika pamoja and it's fun when one has an open mind.
