Could be true, a couple of weeks ago, a guy who sells flowers and fruits at Nairobi river bridge along Outerring road gave me a certain stem, he told me to go and keep it either in a glass of vinegar and water or pure water (takes longer) for it to grow some roots then I transplant it, days later, the stem grew roots.
