Another Null & Void

When ifmis was introduced, who do you think frustrated the initiative ? even the digital land register that was recently introduced to curb corruption, who do you think are sabotaging it? Board members or the clerks?or why do you think at kemsa they suspended even cleaners na watu wachai?
The lands PS said that if she were to clean and remove the corrupt people there would be nobody left....she literraly knows those corrutp officials but chooses to look the other way....isnt that corruption.

The other day Mutahi said that he knows the corrupt official at afya house he even tried transferring them and they said to his face hawaendi mahali.

how do you propose that situation get dealt with? if not from the top

trickle down has been proved ineffective, aren't were set for bottom up next year? can't the same principle be applied to corruption? .
Those junior employees eventually rise to p.s. levels, hods etc. and continue their trade.

Let CS land be bold and get rid of everyone ,start a fresh and practice meritocracy.
She feel helpless 'coz if she dare overhaul even one department, guys will run to court, but no change comes easily, casualties must be there, even in private companies when they're restructuring for efficiency, people must go home.
From kitambo, ministry of lands has been said to be the most corrupt, yet ministers and board members have come and go, tells you a lot.

They actually went to court and they were reinstated. Let's celebrate our courts for upholding our human rights.

doesnt she have support from the president?

of course the decisions, must be challenged when need to like bbi, for the greater good of the public, but sio kila saa, like Kenya power,

Hapa ndio iko shida, you want to dictate to Kenyans what qualifies for 'greater good', why do you presume to understand what Kenya Power employees fear could happen to their interests, or KEMSA employees or even KRA staff?

Courts, in fact, exist to decide what the "greater good" for the public is amidst competing interests, BBI for instance was found to be poisonous and rightly so, NYS officers working for Kenya Power was okayed, NMS kicking out some of gikombas traders to expand Pumwani hospital was authorised, KU got their land back with the Courts authority.

The delay in maendeleo due to court cases is the cost of getting things right.

Don't they all? but despite immigration being streamlined, have you of late try a passport renewal or new application? especially in Nairobi? you'll hear all manner of excuses from lack of ink, mara printer but the moment you have the magical notes with you, everything flows. At the end of the day, regardless who is president without supportive civil service, everything is futile. Hata Philippines president Durtete started shooting drug dealers personally but still the country remains a drug haven.

There is a reason why this Jubilee adminstration has been walloped in court more times than I can remember, the AG is incompetent, a common trait amongst Kenyatta's appointees, truly fish rots from the head.

I think it is foolish to heap the systemic problems of an entire country at the feet of one man.
