The constitution does not care what name you give the illegalities. Whether you call it "presidential decree", "executive order", "Mum amesema", etc. If it's unconstitutional, it will be struck down by the courts.

He can issue as many executive orders as he wishes, what he must do is operate within the confines of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, he is not some god who gets to do whatever he wishes.

Kwanza that Executive order 1, 2020 was just a pure illegality. Even a common hoodlum would have told you that. How can you purport to being judicial institutions under ministries? Kwani separation of powers was a gimmick? Uhuru is just a dictator wannabe. Wannabe because he doesn't even have the wherewithal to run a successful dictatorship. Kama hii NMS, last year walipewa 27b, no government official saw it wrong actually everyone was praising it. ,jana tu NMS was allocated 27b. The implication of the illegality will be far reaching from work contracts to business contracts , either we have a very dump parliament or simply they don't care, which brings me up to the sorry state of leadership in Kenya.
