Safaricom make huge huge transactions and they charge high when it comes to sending and receiving money how about the government ask them to give us dividends when we share miner from user to user.

Let's say you send 1k to your friend then that 27 they charge should be awarded to you as loyalty points then at the end of the year you can redeem them as Cash.

Do you know Safaricom has the meanest loyalty point scheme. A point for every 100 bob used. The point is worth a measly 0.30 shillings cf to Naivas at Shs 1.20 a point.
