another boring thread on corruption

This is the problem. Mambo ya mpesa ni excuse.

Wouldn't be the case if the judiciary had the resources to hear and determine cases as fast as they come in, try filing a case today, you won't even get a start date for atleast a month or two, and the hearings will be staggered by a few months, cases which shouldn't last longer than one year max take atleast 2years.

Only rapid scaling up can guarantee timely conclusion of cases including high profile ones.

How exactly is an underfunded Judiciary supposed to hear and close cases on record time?

Results come at a cost buanaa, ambieni Kenyatta apatie Koome pesa then we can complain over cases remaining in court for years.
The judiciary is full of excuses, though I agree it needs more judges and magistrates

Excuses wako nazo mingi, I think mainly because they are out of their depth and for some reason (probably hubris) they refuse to acknowledge their limitations in terms of strategy and operational expertise.

They need to correct that before they renew their calls for higher funding wasitupotezee pesa with trial and error methods
