I don't know if you also advocate for each pylon to be guarded by a policeman against vandals? Because I can tell you that in countries like South Korea citizens don't sabotage their own infrastructure and then expect others to repair it. KP may be crap but it is in good company...Pale Twitter kumejaa posts warning them about poles leaning dangerously, some almost about to hit the ground and other on the ground with the cables exposing the public to serious danger, they acknowledge the report but no action is taken sometimes for months.
The DPP should make it a point to prosecute cases of criminal negligence, that is the only way to get guys to do their jobs.
