They should have closed smoking zones first.
Those are the hideouts
No way Jose... These places are the safest. Nikuulize, ile smoking zone pale Jeevanjee, iko in the open at a corner of the gardens, how is that a hideout.
Or the one that is on River Road sorrounded by kiosks and shoe shiners, a hideout? Really.
It only becomes a hideout if you go there past hours (some niggas use islt as a bedroom) which would serve you right coz one can not understand what you would be doing there past 7 pm unless wewe ni mikora pia

You've just confirmed that it is a den of robbers after 7pm.

Could it be that there is intelligence that this being Idd holiday Al- Sheitan has something up their dirty sleeves?

In which case this move would be right and proportionate.

My understanding is that toilets are basic needs which the government should provide at no cost. Badi saw that they are a cashcow for a few individuals and is closing that hole in readiness for free toilets services in a few days time.

Does Badi know public toilets were very filthy when they were free?
Also does he know Mungiki used such a moment to extort the public?

Thanks @Aviator.
Mine was just a speculation. Thanks for the correction.

Having said that toilets in Nairobi are very insecure and breeding grounds for criminals and terrorists. There is this particular toilet outside the JKIA International Departure next to a Pub.
I always wonder why they leave it unmanned and unsecured. If a terrorist ever think of blowing the airport to smithereens that will be the staging post.
And that is the story of most Nairobi’s Public Toilets.

As of Badi’s efforts to streamline revenue collections, I harbour no grudges.
What’s your opinion by the way here, your right to a toilet as a basic amenity is superseded by your right to a safe and secure toilet. Right?
