read his statement again, he just said the other support equipment will cost an additional 3m and that is not true, even talking to KU, the ventilators can be built locally at an affordable price creating employment for our people too

Mwalimu, this is the problem we have with the Internet when combined with low IQ. At the site he has given, there's even an ICU bed going for $50. And next to it there are beds in the range of $3,199 to $3,999! So yeah, lets rely on random prices pulled from the net.

We have srious problems if these are our educated young....................................total waste of space.
