Al Shabab Applying for Kenyan IDs

Even before the vetting was scrapped, a criminal charged in Ethiopia sneaked in and committed murders in Kenya among the Somali community and everyone thought he was Somali. I think the Kenyan Somali community itself will want proper vetting otherwise they would be blamed for things they didn't do.
