Airtel Kenya net loss from its voice and data business increased by 55 per cent to Sh4.45 billion which rose from Sh2.87 billion recorded a year earlier to a combined loss of Sh5.61 billion..
The telco is now insolvent to the tune of Sh46.93 billion between its liabilities and assets

Poor business strategy. If they were smart they should work on building their network first. After that, concentrate on undercutting sufferingcom where they are weakest, pricing. Imagine if they provided a stable internet service, then provide 4/5G devices to connect to their network with unlimited cheap internet packages with data caps of course to protect the integrity of the network.

How many customers would they get especially in places where safaricom refuses to connect to their fibre grid.?

The train has left the station. There's no way they can catch safaricom
 
They can't catch safaricom but with good strategists they can slice alot of suffering safcom clients ,even if it's 20%
 
They should come up with great offers and improve their network and maybe people would again reconsider them.
