I was surprised the other day that Tanzania rank higher in economic freedom than kenya? Yet Tanzania is supposed to be the socialist country and Kenya the capitalist one?

Good to know. But any kenyan in TZ who has been there for some years, how does the economic environment compare with the Kenyan one?

Perhaps other Listers know. I've only visited as a tourist. But their GDP per capita is lower than ours but the again, they're more food sufficient.
