Advise about Egerton University vs other campuses.

Hello guys, I need some advice . After husling here and there working for different small businesses in nax, I really now want to do my dream course of Comp Science or applied computer science. I reside in Nax and my cousin went to Egerton and he is always praising the place but its in the middle of nowhere. My kuzo did BA economics at Egerton and he works in Kisumu. But me personally I want to be near Nairobi. My kuzo advices that the Computer Science degree at Egerton is very marketable especially if I later add professional certifications. The advantage with Egerton is its close to home and I can save resources but I feel a school in Nai would bring me closer to the 'action"! For example UoN or even daystar are great options the very least being jkuat.

Can anyone here advise on Egerton please. Is it worth the monetary investment? Is comp Science at egerton a worthwhile investment?
 
I did my BSc in Biochemistry at Egerton, Njoro and i dont regreat..Also from my experience most employers prefer Egerton gradutes. My advise- go for it
 
Do what your heart desires because even if you were to follow ration thought,you will never happy unless you are where the heart wants to be...karibu to the concrete jungle novice.
