An update to address the negative sentiment:
We have managed to install an Agent that allows us to get visibility on a transaction level, initial findings indicate that we have a percentage of requests that are taking too long, these all involve requests for media items, this is not conclusive but is a step closer to the root cause.

Noted, can you assist by trying out Brave Browser or another browser for that matter just to validate that possibility
 
Could it be the ISP you guys are using, or worse still your I.P addresses are being monitored by the three letter abbreviated agencies, hehehehehe. Mimi bado ona haya masaibu

I doubt NIS are monitoring klist. Nothing to warrant their attention. The old ktalk that died on 4th January 2015 ndio ilikuwa on NIS radar.

Not Klist, your I.P, na si N.I.S pekee, every packet in and out has to be routed thru several servers. Pulling your leg tho., admin has to find out why the problem is selective
