Accident Alert: Salgaa

A grisly road accident at Sachangwan after Salgaa along Nakuru-Eldoret highway. A Msedes lost control and rammed into the barrier wall recently constructed in the middle of the road. One person dead, Police are at the scene.

The barriers have prevented carnage, imagine there was no barrier, that msedes would have obliterated a minimum of 5 oncoming vehicles before stalling.

Road barriers should be L-shaped such that the vehicle's weight prevents the barrier from being uprooted, toppled and/or "penetrated".
