They should have transferred the LPG to another truck before attempting recovery. CommonSense101

The delivery box is on the left-hand side. It would have been almost impossible to transfer the gas . Also unloading is not a straightforward thing just to perform anywhere.
Please note I am not saying that the way they handled the case was the ideal way.
