At least 5 people feared dead after a private car rammed into a tuktuk, crashing it into a matatu just after Kamakis on the Eastern Bypass.

DUI leading to vehicular homicide huko Bidenstan they do not entertain. There is a minimum mandatory jail sentence for each death and the judge has discretion to increase it based on the B.A.C.

This is something that I hope they can start implementing in Kenya ndio iwe funzo to drunk drivers that kill innocent people.

There are so many ride shares nowadays. Why would one get behind the wheel after drinking to drive?

tomorrow morning he will be taken to court, deny charges and be released on a bond of 300k. case mention will be on 5st jan 2023.
 
I have always dreaded this scenario in this exact stretch, especially when a Tata approaches a struggling Tuk Tuk from behind. I am always looking behind just in case I have to act.
