Somalis, along with Sudis, Arabs, and Indians, display very aggressive "mate-guarding" behaviour. I have seen Somali men physically picking up and carrying away their women because they didn't like the guys they were talking to. You can't take those antics to America.

Why would you settle on a City where your ex, with an injunction to boot against you reside?
Why can’t you go to Hawaai, Salt Lake City with Mormons or California? Why go to her street?
Mind you if you find someone getting a 7 year sentence for stalking is because of one factor: it is aggravated. He doesn’t just stalk but do so aggressively and with physical and violent threats.
