A thinker and a survivor

I get embarrassed every time Ruto opens his mouth. He asked for a job using fake qualifications, like stolen money and a bag of lies. He got the job but now he has no clue what he is doing. Now he is busy canvassing for the renewal of his contract yet he has two years to go.
