Ken's death reminds us that our systems fail our people everyday but non makes it to the limelight because the victims are little known.Was he the victim of insecurity? Maybe. Some reports indicate that he died unattended at Kenyatta hospital some 12 hours after arrival. The lesson should be; the systems can fail you no matter your station in life.
