I'm not sure whether Kenya keeps data of people who have flu. But look at USA data for October, November and December of people who went to hospitals for flu like symptoms. This clearly shows that Corona virus ilikuwa imefika just that it wsnt documented officially. So to your question, if more antibody tests are done, wengi watapatikana washawahi ipata.

I emphathize with those people in quarantine. Why cant the government make it safer for those unable to afford four star hotels quarantine? Why don't they have sufficient space to enhance physical distancing? Why not use that 2K they are paying per day to provide them with personal protection gear. This is unfair.

BTW, do we have an antibody test yet? @Abba kuja.

How have you determined it was corona and not just the flu?

According to the New Scientist, Coronavirus may have been circulating undetected in the US for 6 weeks before the first case was identified officially on Jan 21.

Alright but that is a probability of an occurrence. It is not a certainty as you have put it up there.
