There are heavy repucussions for misuse of data. Amazon recently were fined. $877 million for putting customers data at risk. So Cambridge Analytica is dead. And in 2024 there will be no similar company same way there was none in 2020.

That applies to Europe and the West, Africa and the rest, data privacy be damned. Cambridge Analytica exists in another name
