3 Young Men Murdered in Githurai 45

There are three types of people with guns out there. Law enforcers, rogue law enforcers and criminals.
-Law enforcers will use their guns well and use them when it is very necessary.

-Rogue law enforcers -These range from those who do deals with criminals to sicklings who allow power to cloud their thinking and kill because they can. Sometimes they also kill to remove evidence.

Then we have the criminals. - They could be contract killers, organized gangs who kill for turf, for tithes not paid, for deals gone sour. Heck even suspicion of snitching could lead to people being killed.

Any of the last two could have killed the trio and left the bodies to be discovered.
But not in these instances, the guy from Mlango kubwa was whisked away by police officers who had responded to calls by members of public after youths fought at an entertainment spot, the one from Kawangware was shot in broad daylight infront of eye witnesses.

One day we see shaky footage of young men astride their underpowered petrol steeds sowing terror and mayhem, next day we hear of yoi g men shot and dumped in the tall grass.

Malipo ni wapi?

True, niliona kwa news how 3 different families are crying for justice after their sons were tortured and or gunned down by police in different parts of Nairobi and it left me with a bad taste. This needs to stop, IPOA, Amnesty International and Muhuri need to up their game too.
There was an interview on t.v where a cop whose face was hid and his voice distorted alikua anaeleza that cops get tired of dealing with the same thugs. The criminals usual make bail and go straight back to their usual business without even showing up at court. It becomes another task of hunting them down to arrest them. Then citizens complian ati cops dont do their jobs since the criminals aren't in jail but instead still terrorising them.
