I was (NOT) surprised to read a report somewhere this morning that they are bringing some new IPPs onstream which is going to cause an upward revision of power tariffs. We had excess generation capacity as of three years ago. Then I saw we have signed to buy Ethiopia power when we are paying for what we cannot use from the corruption dens called IPPs. Kenyans you are on your own.

There's no need for a fictional reset button. People openly campaign and vote for corruption then act surprised at the outcome. A fictional reset button with the same people will give the same outcome

The first reset button was presented in 2007. Kibaki was to be a one term president. That would have set precedent that presidents can actually be removed. But now its clear that kila president lazima akule 10 years.

The second reset button was presented in 2017 repeat election which was between Uhuru and Ekuru Aukot. The people who hate Raila had an opportunity to vote in a clean person. Guess what? They sang for Aukot wembe ni ule ule.

We've squandered too many opportunities. Let's give up!
