Word in the streets, someone may not be happy about Kiptum breaking records..

I think this whole nonsense - there are people jealous of Kipchoge and just want to paint him negatively. To congratulate one's successor is neither in the Bible nor in the Canon Laws.

May very well be, still its conspicuous, given how people rushed to congratulate kipchoge on his feats.

If murmurs are true, kiptum has been operation on his own without any support because of 'gatekeepers'. Still it's all just rumours

There's been a huge smear campaign against Kipchoge especially on X and one must wonder why.

Huu ni upuzi wa hali ya juu sana. Kwani nyinyi hamuwezi congratulate yeye na itoshe? Nyinyi ndio mnapangia mwanaume kitu atafanya? Just idlers trying to manufacture stories where there are none.
The bigger concern here, is the allegations of 'gatekeeping' in athletics. Doesn't one wonder why, if it is true, kiptum has been training without support. In Kenya, where athletics is one of the few positive things the country is known for?

Again, this is *word in the streets*. No need to take it personally

Kwani kipchoge amechukua barabara. Si these guyz train on roads?

How do we know kipchoge didn't congratulate him privately via phone, email, or text?
He may very well have. Still, sport is entertainment for the public. Given the prominence of his recent feats, don't you think the public also expects a word from him in line with encouragement to the new generation, i.e, no human is limited?
