You would not compare these trouble spots with the kind of turbulence we have in places like Ethiopia, Congo, Mali, and Somalia among others. The conflicts we have in Africa disrupt life all through and over large areas. Those in India are restricted to localized regions, and they rarely disrupt life to an extent of causing large-scale population displacements.
