They could be wrong, but my crystal balls have a nasty itch on Wanjohi's future beyond his tenure on the hill.
Unlike his predecessor, he's chosen to take an active role in selecting his successor as a way of assuring his/family chokehold on the country. However Raila is nobody's puppet, and I if he wins I bet he'll not take orders from Ichaweri, he might even revisit the past..... Jaramogis betrayal by Wanjohi senior
The other scenario of JSKS ascending to power might be more disastrous....
Am really not worried on whomever succeeds Wanjohi because, he's damned whichever way the cookie crumbles

Raila will always stay with and take the side of dynasty's. Alafu Raila would rule best without an antagonistic Wanjohi + Kikuyu elites scheaming his downfall out there.


Conclusion
A president Raila would be a dynasties compliant president and dynasty's strangle hold on wanjiku will remain.

Nothing wrong with Uhuru campaigning for baba. Happens all over the world. Those thinking Uhuru will retire and go to Ichaweri are thoroughly mistaken. He will be campaigning for his candidate in 2022, 2027, 2032 etc like Obama has been doing.

Raila's only hope to the presidency is Uhuru. And he will have to toe Wanjohi's line to get the key that house on the hill...and he will benpliable in the hands of the canal.that is ruling the country today.

BBI by force by fire,Northlands must get completed through thick and thin including but not limited to Wanjohi becoming primier.

I do not fault Uhuru campaigning for whoever he chooses. But the reasons behind the campaign have never,are not and will never be philanthropic.
