A close ally to the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin and Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has said Putin would prefer a United States of America president who is “more constructive” toward Russia and understands the importance of the dialogue.
Peskov added that Putin would be ready to work with anyone who would understand that from now on, you have to be more careful with Russia and you have to take into account its concerns.
The relationship between Putin and the current President of the US has not been rosy following the Russia-Ukraine war and other matters in regards to the Isarale -Gaza war.
However, Putin and Trump had a great relationship, and the latter commended Putin’s leadership style.
Trump had in recent days said that he appreciated praise from Putin about his plan to resolve the war in Ukraine within 24 hours if re-elected.
