For one we have been in opposition before after voting as block and also in this elections if Mt Kenya votes as a block for WSR its almost mathematically impossible for Ruto to lose the elections when you add to his Rift Valley block!

At least Ruto has stood with Kikuyus in the recent past unlike mganga who last stood with us 20years ago but undid all that support with what happened in 2007 and continued to propagate,though unsuccessfully,the 41v1 in last 2 elections!
Before someone says we pay the earlier debt of mganga they should know Kibaki would still have won even without whole of Nyanza support!

Credit has to be given where it is due. With the handshake, it lowered the political temperatures in the country. It has been totally reflected in these campaigns. That credit is due to Kenyatta.

The irony. The only reason Raila and Karua are asking for votes is for what they did in the past. Ati liberation heroes.
More irony. Raila Amolo Odinga was the very cause of the high political temperatures. After the nullification of the elections, he consequently boycotted the repeat polls. He then proceeded to order riots every week.
Uhuru being the coward that he is, has set a bad precedent of rewarding state saboteurs. Who is to say that if Ruto loses, he can't employ a similar tactic so that he is accommodated in government.
