The buses relies on lithium-ion batteries to power an electric motor that is coupled to a 2-speed pneumatic shift transmission.

At full charge, the 90 passenger (49 Seated + 41 Standing) Kayoola EVS bus will go up to 300 kilometers. The current charging technology is able to fully charge the battery in 2 hours.

Its eco-friendly technology is designed to conserve the environment and public health. Features inside the bus includes TV, Automatic Sanitiser, USB powered outlets to charge appliances as well as WiFi internet connection.
