Yellow fever certificate and a passport/ or temporary permit. Sijui covid 19 test kama inatakikana but be prepared for anything.
Yes! Uwe na Yellow fever certificate failure to which wanakupa both the shot and the certificate hapo kwa hapo border at tzs 25,000! The id and the temporary permit are OK. But it's better to have the national passport if you if you will be doing some more serious things eg, a bank transaction.

Where do I get the temporary permit?
Head to the E - Citizen portal with your account, immigration, apply for temporary permit (I don't know why they call it temporary permit), pay when prompted, download and print and then affix your latest passport size photo. Mind you it must be stamped by an immigration officer for it to be usable. But that can be done by them at your port of exit.
