You actually know it was a youth conference and the best guy to accompany the DP were his youthful MPs who won elections. Toto is 24 years and John Paul who also went to Kigali was the youngest mp in the previous election he was 23 I think.

Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua introduces Hon.Toto and her story to Africa.

He tells African Youth to take their positions on the table and stop shying away from elective positions.

In a speech greeted by a Standing Ovation in Rwanda, Gachagua challenged the youth to use their majority numbers to dream, relentlessly pursue their dreams and innovate out of the challenges.

Gachagu also introduced 11 youthful legislators to the Africa Connect conference in Kigali.

"..And with That, President Kagame, The Youth of Kenya ask to host this continental Youth Connect in 2023.. "
