Lots of assumptions about the video.

1. I have undergone several courses at the KSG Baringo based in Kabarnet. And saying 'wewe si mtu wa hapa' has so many interpretation, it could mean that you are a Tugens but not from Baringo Central constituency (Samor dialect).

2. The Kanjos in Baringo wear a uniform, she is not in uniform.

3. The video is too short to give any meaningful information, but anyway the agenda must agend.
