The nice estates you people admire huko US, south africa etc are the product of home owners strictly following rules and regulations regarding what they can and cant do with their properties. Hapa kenya you want a free for all where a neighbour can even demolish his house and put up flats or keep dairy cows then we complain that govt has failed to plan the city.
