This dude has been living in Kiambu Hospital for the last 13 years since he was collected from the streets by the police in 2008. The police described him as 'unnamed African boy' and his name became Boyz.

Is his case an inspiring proof that our systems work (feeding and taking care of a disabled epileptic kid who nobody wants, not even children's homes, with no hope of being paid is tough and simply inspiring), or that they don't (a hospital is not the place for a kid with all the threats of what we call HAIs - hospital-acquired infections).

The verdict is yours.

It would have helped if you shared what the future plans are, will he live in the hospital his whole life?...is he a cold case that the police forgort about or are unable to crack and find his kin?
