Jews have been persecuted since ancient Roman times to the Middle Ages and beyond. In 1930s Europe pretty much everyone hated them. Even during WW2, resistance groups that fought the Nazis in countries like Poland would execute Jews who tried to join their ranks. No side is without fault in any conflict, but there seems to be something about these folks that drives others to revolt against them violently.

I've thought about this but have been afraid to say it out loud
Hamas attacked first and slaughtered 1200 innocent Israeli civilians and too over 250 hostage. Israel had a right to respond and destroy any capacity for such attacks in the future. Hata US walisema "Never Again" after 9/11 and flattened the terrorist hideouts in the middle east.
