Sijui mbona watu wanacomplain about this...it is their country and they have the right to deny you a visa or not even if you have paid. Anyone who can pay for that flight ticket should not be complaining about 22k.

Why exactly is someone denied a visa?
Am excluding people with criminal records.
It can be any number of reasons, including reaching their quota of VISAs for that day or month, or they just simply thought you are too black.....it is their country and reserve the right to deny you a visa with no questions asked
